The two setups did exactly that. For the first we kept it formal, a suit and tie against a clean white backdrop. For the second we loosened things up, the same suit without the tie against a warm yellow backdrop, for a more approachable feel. Two finished images, clearly different, both shot in the same session so they sit together neatly.

Having a small set of consistent professional images makes your personal brand look considered across platforms. You are not stretching a single photo to suit every context.
