Corporate headshots are priced on a per-person basis, with a one-off base rate that covers travel, setup, lighting and breakdown. This keeps pricing transparent and flexible for teams of all sizes.

The base rate is higher for teams of up to ten people, as the same professional lighting setup and time commitment are required regardless of team size. For larger teams, this cost is spread across more staff, resulting in a lower overall cost per person.

Corporate Headshot Logistics and Terms+
Before your Corporate Headshots Photoshoot

A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking. In most cases this is refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled shoot. The deposit may become non-refundable where bespoke arrangements are required, such as equipment hire, travel outside London, accommodation, or booking additional photographers.

Once the booking is confirmed, a timing schedule template can be provided if required. For smooth running and a good range of images, I recommend allowing 5 to 10 minutes per person, with a short buffer between each.

Please also nominate an on-site contact who will be available throughout the shoot. An assistant can be provided for an additional fee to help coordinate staff where needed.

Travel and Equipment

For most office sessions a taxi is required due to the size and weight of professional equipment. Where assistants or advanced lighting setups are required, these will always be included in your quote in advance.

Professional equipment is used throughout, with backup cameras, lenses and lighting brought to every shoot. Images are also backed up during the session to prevent data loss.

Space Requirements

An ideal space is a private room approximately 5 metres by 4 metres, with a minimum ceiling height of 2.5 metres. Furniture should be removable to allow for correct lighting placement and consistent results.

On Arrival

Equipment setup typically takes around 45 minutes. A staff member may be needed briefly for test shots to confirm lighting and framing. Once the agreed shoot style has been confirmed and the session is underway, images cannot be rejected on creative grounds.

After the Shoot

Final payment is due on completion of the shoot. Images are not released until payment has been received in full.

A password-protected online gallery will be provided, usually within 36 hours of the final shoot day. Each staff member typically receives around 9 proof images. Selected images are then edited and delivered via Dropbox within the timeframe stated on your quote or invoice.

Can you tailor the style of corporate headshots to match our company branding?+
I'm committed to providing images aligned with your company brand. I avoid altering background colours in post, preserving a natural look and preventing 'cut-out' hair effects. If you desire a specific colour not in stock, I can likely source a close match for a nominal fee.
Is there a minimum number of headshots required for booking?+
I’m happy to photograph any number of staff.
Do you shoot at offices or only in your studio?+
I offer both. I can bring a portable studio setup to your office or photograph individuals and small teams at my dedicated studio in Herne Hill, South East London.

I can also do top-ups at my studio. For example, if a new staff member joins your business, it is more economical for them to come to me, rather than me bringing the equipment to your office for another shoot.
How long does each team member's shoot take?+
Typically, each person is photographed for 5–10 minutes, with short gaps between staff members. I make sure the environment is relaxed and efficient, to keep things running smoothly.
What is the typical turnaround time for receiving the edited headshots?+
After the shoot, I provide a selection of proof images from which you can choose the ones you'd like edited. You'll receive the proofs within 48 hours of the session. Final edited images are usually delivered within 10–14 business days after selection, depending on the team size. If you need a faster turnaround, I offer a 72-hour delivery option for up to 50 staff images, however, availability of this service is dependant on my current work load.
How many people can you photograph in one day?+
To maintain quality and avoid rushing any staff, I can photograph up to 50 people in a single day. For larger teams, sessions can be scheduled over consecutive days.
Do you photograph new joiners?+
Yes. Many businesses book regular sessions to cover new starters or updated portraits. For a small number of new staff, sessions can take place either at your office or at my South East London studio.
