What to expect...+
Before your shoot
Once you have paid either the deposit or the full amount, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your booking, the studio address, and guidance on how to prepare.
Bring as many clothing options as you like. We will look through everything together and decide which outfits will work best for your studio and location looks.
If your shoot includes video content, take some time beforehand to consider the style and purpose of the clips. If you plan to speak on camera, make sure you know your script inside out so the delivery feels natural and confident.
We will also discuss locations, shot ideas and creative direction in advance to make the most of both shoot days.
During your shoot
The studio will be fully prepared before you arrive, with lighting set up and ready to go. Once we have taken a few test frames to check lighting and settings, we will begin working through a creative plan that includes headshots, lifestyle content, full length images, commercial branding imagery and stylised portraits.
Images are displayed on a monitor throughout, so you can review the shots as we go. When working outdoors, I will occasionally show you images on the camera or a laptop depending on the location.
If your package includes video content, we will capture a mix of cinematic B roll, movement shots and any planned speaking moments. Optional drone footage is included where appropriate and safe to do so, depending on the environment. All video clips will be filmed with brand content and platform formatting in mind.
After your shoot
Your private online proof gallery will be available within 24 hours. From here you can select your 20 favourite images for editing.
Edited images are delivered within 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday). Black and white versions are available on request. Video content will be edited from the strongest takes and delivered according to the agreed timeline based on the scope of your project.
You are welcome to share the gallery with an agent or manager if you would like input before making your selections.
