The ‘Portfolio’ headshot package is two hours and allows plenty of time to capture a good range of images for your LinkedIn and other business profiles.

The session can be broken up to incorporate both in-studio and outdoor headshots (weather dependent) and the in-studio shots can have a range of different lighting set-ups and backgrounds.

The time also allows you to vary your styles, for example: 3-5 clothing changes; Hair up/hair down; Mid-session shave.

Shots can be reviewed through the shoot to make sure we’re capturing the images you’re looking to achieve.

Session time: 10:00 or 13:00 weekdays.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Once you have selected a date, you can choose to either pay the £50 deposit or the full amount. If paying the deposit, the balance is due on the day of your shoot. For full payment terms, please see clause’s 1 & 2 of the Terms and Conditions here.

See below the calendar for information on what to expect during your shoot, and available add-ons, such as express editing and extended image storage.

Before your shoot

Once you’ve paid the deposit, you will receive an email confirming the date/time of your booking, plus details of where to come and tips for preparing for the shoot. This will usually be with you within a couple of hours of your booking, though may be longer on evenings and weekends.

If you are unsure of what tops to bring, bring as many options as you like and we can decide on which to use during the shoot.

During your shoot

If combining both in-studio and outdoor shots, I recommend 80 minutes in-studio and 40 minutes outside.

In-studio session: The studio equipment will be set up prior to your arrival. The lighting and backdrops can be varied a few times during the shoot to give the images different feel/moods.

Outside session: After you arrive we will take a short walk to the location I use for the headshot photoshoot. There isn’t a private area to change at the outdoor location, so we can pop back to the studio for you to change if you want to vary what you wear through the shoot.

After your shoot

Once the session finishes, I view all the images, checking for lighting, focus and various other factors, to eliminate any unusable shots. The remaining proof images are uploaded to a private online gallery, from which you can view and select the six images you’d like edited. The gallery usually contatains 90+ images and I endeavour to it uploaded within 24h of the shoot completion. Once you have chosen the six images you would like edited, they will be completed and uploaded to dropbox within 10 working days (Monday-Friday).

For a quick turnaround on all six edits, I can provide an express service for £50. If you choose the express service, all six edited images will be completed and returned to you within two working days (Monday to Friday) of your selection.

‘Standard Retouch’ is included with all headshot packages.

48 hour express editing: £50 in addition to full package price.

With express editing, once you have let me know your choices, your images will be edited and returned to you within 48 hours, rather than the standard 3-5 working days for this package. This only includes the number of edited images the package includes. Additional edited images may take longer.

Extended Image Storage: £15

All images from your photoshoot are stored for 6 months. If you would like to extend this to 12 months, select ‘Extended Image Storage’ when booking.

Weekend surcharge: £50 in addition to full package price.

If you would like me to travel to a location of your choosing within London Zones 1-4: £300 in addition to the full package price. For locations outside of London Zones 1-4, please request a quote.
