The ‘Profile’ package is a 20 minute photoshoot for individuals seeking a single standout image for LinkedIn, business, and social profiles.

Session times: 9:30am, 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm & 1pm | Monday-Friday

Only available times are shown in the calendar.

Once you have selected a date, you can choose to either pay the £50 deposit or the full amount. If paying the deposit, the balance is due on the day of your shoot. For full payment terms, please see clause’s 1 & 2 of the Terms and Conditions here.

Before your shoot

Once you’ve booked, you will receive an email confirming the date/time of your booking, plus details of where to come.

During your shoot

In-studio.

The studio equipment will be set up prior to your arrival with a single lighting setup and background for use during the shoot. All images will be displayed on a monitor as they are taken, so you can see what we’re achieving as we go.

Outside.
After you arrive we’ll take a short walk to the location I use for outside headshots.

After your shoot

After the shoot I check all the images for quality, including focus, lighting and variety of facial expression etc and put together a selection of the best proof images. These are uploaded to a private online gallery within 24 hours with a link provided by email. The gallery for this session usually contains nine to eighteen images and from there, you can fill in a form to let me know which one you’d like edited. Once you have chosen the image you would like edited, it will be completed and provided via email, or uploaded to dropbox within 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday).

‘Standard Retouch’ is included with all headshot packages.

This involves removing any impermanent spots or blemishes, reducing darkness under the eyes and colour grading. The process taking around 30 minutes per image.

Anything beyond this falls under ‘extended retouch’ which can by purchased, starting at an additional £50 per image.

Extended Image Storage: £15

All images from your photoshoot are stored for 6 months. If you would like to extend this to 12 months, select ‘Extended Image Storage’ when booking.

Weekend surcharge: £100 in addition to full package price.

TRAVEL

If you would like me to travel to a location of your choosing within London Zones 1-4: £300 in addition to the full package price. For locations outside of London Zones 1-4, please request a quote.
